Notas
Ridge northwest of the La Planta guest house. 8 km southwest of Gracias. Pine-oak-Liquidamber forest along the drier ridges. 6 m tall tree growing in dry abandoned pasture. Bark dark grey and fissured. The top of the leaf is smooth, the underside has small tan hairs along the veins. The acorn is shiny green with a light brown cup.
